About NexoHogar

NexoHogar is an online store specialized in smart home gadgets and accessories. We operate under the dropshipping model, which means that products are sent directly from the supplier to the customer.

Prices and payments

• All prices include applicable VAT
• We accept payment by credit/debit card and PayPal
• Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal

Shipping

• Shipping to Spain and Europe
• The estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days
• You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been processed

Availability

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw products without prior notice. In the event that an ordered product is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Limitation of liability

NexoHogar is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs) or for the incorrect use of the products.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any conflict will be resolved before the Spanish courts and tribunals.
