At NexoHogar, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, here's all the information on returns and refunds.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish and European consumer regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to return any product without justification.

Conditions for return

• The product must be in its original, unused condition and with its original packaging
• You must contact us before sending the product to: aitortinajerocharneco@gmail.com
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective or different product from the one ordered, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund process

Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

• Customized or tailor-made products
• Products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened
